Olmak means "Be" or "Become". Olmak (formerly called "Tech-TRNC") is a community to inspire and drive awareness of the opportunities that exist with/ in technology in North Cyprus, create a talent pool, and connect the talent pipeline to vacancies from employers globally while engaging stakeholders from the private and public sectors to the highest levels of government to advance favorable policies for growth, talent attraction and retention.

We need to have our stories told and shared with the world, we need support to acquire costly hardware and software licenses, and cover internet/ laptop costs for the community. We also need free and/or affordable courses and our voices need to be heard to contribute to and influence government policy on technology, remote jobs, and immigration (post-study and nomad visas).
